On average, orders arrive to the destination address in 2-3 weeks, unless they are backordered (in which case the delivery time will exceed the average delivery time). The delivery time will depend primarily on two factors: item availability and shipping service.
Unless otherwise noted, all items available for purchase on the website are in stock. Items that are backordered contain a note indicating this fact as well as the expected delivery time frame.
Some items carry a special delivery timeframe that may differ from that of other items from the same region/country– these items are clearly labeled with the special timeframe on the product detail page (as well as in checkout).
If we determine that we will not be able to deliver an order within the promised timeframe, we will immediately contact you via email.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When any backordered item(s) becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Order Refusal Charges
Please note a $25 fee (per package) will be assessed for all refused shipments. In addition, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges assessed by the courier.
Please note a $15 fee (per package) will be assessed for all shipments that are re-routed or returned to AISRA by the carrier. This fee is separate from the re-shipping fee, which is required before packages can be re-shipped.
